At one point in time, Roman Reigns only had Jimmy and Jey Uso by his side. When things were not going his way, Solo Sikoa would get the call and make is main roster debut at WWE Clash at the Castle 2022. Close to five months later, at WWE Royal Rumble 2023, the WWE Universe witnessed the execution of Sami Zayn and The Bloodline would continue on somewhat strong until the summer. After much verbal and physical abuse, Jimmy and Jey Uso took it into their own hands to superkick Roman Reigns into temporary oblivion. Sadly, this would not last long, as eventually Jimmy would betray Jey Uso during his WWE Championship match with Roman Reigns, making his way back into The Bloodline. The game changed even more when The Rock made his return, declaring himself to take Cody Rhodes spot to fight Roman Reigns at WrestleMania. Unfortunately Jimmy Uso is the only person in The Bloodline with a match at WrestleMania that did not obtain a victory, coincidentally against his brother Jey Uso. Though Roman Reigns lost his WWE Championship on Sunday, he did come out victorious with The Rock against Seth Rollins and Cody Rhodes in a Tag Team match.

Knowing that the Tribal Chief, Roman Reigns actual bloodline in professional wrestling extends well beyond his and cousin Dwayne "The Rock" Johnsons' legacies, it was only a matter of time until a new member would debut. During the April 12th edition of WWE Smackdown, Solo Sikoa would interrupt Paul Heyman's banter of accountability, to explain that "Consequences need change," to which Paul Heyman reacts with pure dread, realizing what is potentially coming. He then points his attention to Jimmy Uso who is immediately tense and rageful about the through of his brother turning on him. After telling Jimmy, "You're my brother. I love you," Solo steps ahead and in comes Tama Tonga, son of Haku, multi-time champion in New Japan Pro Wrestling, and new member of The Bloodline to jump Jimmy Uso with Solo Sikoa. The two would cap off the beatdown by putting a steel chair around Jimmy Uso's head as the crowd chanted, "YEET!" hoping that Jey Uso would save the day, before Sikoa would ram into the corner with a hip attack. Just when the segment seemed to be over, Paul Heyman attempted to call Roman Reigns but Sikoa snatched the phone and stomped it into the mat, leaving the question, "who is really running The Bloodline in the absence of Roman Reigns and The Rock?"
