Aside from putting on a stellar championship match, and retaining the Women's' World Championship against Becky Lynch on the grandest stage of them all, Rhea Ripley's introduction was absolutely befitting of the best entrance of the entire WrestleMania weekend.

The opening contest to begin the 40th annual WrestleMania put on by World Wrestling Entertainment kicked off in a thrilling fashion. To put it simply, Rhea Ripley's entrance on Saturday night is the stuff that true stars are made of. If any casual viewer just so happened to decide to tune in, they would instantly understand that Ripley is someone to pay attention to. In-ring presence is something that every professional wrestler should have. Every once in a while, some create an entrance that feels larger than life. From her choice in wrestling gear, to the heavy purple and red eye makeup and black lipstick that produced an intimidating aura, Ripley gives theatrical facial expressions and slow yet intense movement to lure in the audience as she stalks her prey in the ring. Rhea Ripley, or "Mami" exuded star power and elite energy as she made her way to the ring, backed by metalcore band Motionless in White who kept the same energy as the Women's' World Champion to create an inarguably enthralling grand entrance. Rhea Ripley is a great example of what strong and complex characterization can do in the world of Professional Wrestling.
